providing fee based services to its clients. Established in November 1994, the company started as a
trading member of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) in the Capital Market segment in July
1995. Over time, the company has built a reputation for quality services and high levels of integrity,
positioning itself as one of the leading members of NSE in North India.
The promoters, a team of first-generation, professionally qualified entrepreneurs, comprise the
board of directors, managing the affairs of the company. Mr. Sunil Kumar Gupta, an ex bank officer
with rich experience in the capital market, leads the company. Through quality services and sound
