Why haven't I received an email about my account opening, even though it's been three days?

Your account opening application would have been put on hold if you hadn't received an email with your login credentials after 3 days.
The following are some plausible explanations:

- Your application isn't finished yet.
- Some of your documents have been turned down. A signature mismatch or a mismatch in supporting documents could lead to rejection. We'd send you an email to remind you to upload the missing papers so you can finish the account opening procedure as quickly as possible.

Please complete the process as instructed in the email, following which your application will be processed, your account will be opened in 24-48 hours, and the login credentials will be sent to your email.
